I'm Ashli. And I’m a photographer, Bethlehem transplant, foodie and general adventurer. By day, I’m a graphic designer at a local agency.

It all started when I got a hold of my mom's camera. The photos I took were askew and blurry images of my friends playing on a swing set. I loved them. It didn’t take long before I filled a tiny orange photo album with photos from the (many, many, many!) disposable cameras my mom graciously gifted me.

As my orange album grew, so did my skills. By college, it was decided. I would (and could) make a living off of my passion. Shortly after graduating from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania (with a degree in public speaking, go figure...), I was accepted into Syracuse University's S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications. Journalism was calling my name, and so, I began a love affair with the written word.

Though eventually, I realized I was better at illustrating these stories, rather than writing them. Since then, I have launched a successful photography/design career, working for the ExpressTimes, PHOENIX magazine, Draft Magazine, Aspen Dental and freelancing for Organic Gardening, Lehigh Valley Style and other publications. When I'm not busy crafting beautiful spreads, I enjoy a number of hobbies including running, hiking, cooking, etc. (I also work to uphold a solemn vow to someday repay my parents for all of the film I had them develop when I was young.)

I hope I can be a part of capturing some of your memories or growing your brand. Let’s chat.
